From breakdown to back on the road
Raise a breakdown request
Choose a problem type — Bike Not Starting, Puncture, Battery Issue, and 8 other categories are supported — share your location, and optionally attach photos of the issue.
Get matched with a nearby mechanic
The request is assigned to a mechanic near your location. You can see the assignment as soon as it happens.
Status: AssignedMechanic accepts and heads over
Once accepted, the mechanic's status updates as they start heading to your location.
Status: Accepted → On The WayVerify arrival with an OTP
When the mechanic marks themselves as arrived, a one-time code is generated. You read it to the mechanic, they enter it in the app — confirming they're actually the one who reached you before any work starts.
Status: Arrived → OTP VerifiedInspection
The mechanic records what they find. If a spare part is needed, that's logged against your request too.
Status: InspectionRepair
The mechanic carries out the repair — either straight away, or once any needed spare parts are sourced.
Status: Repair In Progress / Waiting For Spare PartsInvoice, payment & review
Once the job is marked complete, an invoice is generated. You can view it in the app, record how you paid, and leave a rating and review for the job.
