From request to handover, step by step
Here's a real spare-parts request in the Mechago Vendor app. Tap any step to jump to it.
Register your shop
Download the Mechago Vendor app and choose Auto Mobile Spare Parts Store. Add your shop address, location, photos, Aadhaar, PAN, bank details and UPI ID (GST optional).
Get approved and go online
The Mechago team reviews your details. Once approved, switch online to start receiving requests.
A part request rings on your phone
When a nearby mechanic needs a part, you get a ringing alert. Open it to see their description, photos or a voice note, and the mechanic's details.
Status: New requestAccept the request
Accept it to take the order, or decline and it goes to other stores nearby. The mechanic is told straight away that you've accepted.
Status: AcceptedAdd the parts and prices
Add each real part you're supplying with its price and quantity. The total is worked out for you. Tap Ready For Pickup and the mechanic is notified.
Status: Ready for pickupVerify the pickup OTP and hand over
When the mechanic arrives, enter their pickup OTP. Once it's verified, hand over the parts.
Status: CollectedDelivered, with a receipt
The request is marked complete, a receipt is created to share or print, and the sale is added to your Sales tab.
Bring your shop onto Mechago
Download the Mechago Vendor app and choose "Auto Mobile Spare Parts Store" when you sign up.
On joining as a store: store accounts are approved by the Mechago team before they can receive requests. Request volume depends on mechanics working in your area — nothing here is a guarantee of sales or approval.
