About Mechago

Roadside help, rebuilt for how bikes actually break down

Mechago is a platform that connects riders with nearby mechanics when a bike breaks down — built around a tracked, verified path from request to repair, not a phone call and a guess.

What Mechago Is

A structured way to get roadside help

When a bike breaks down, the usual options are a phone call to a mechanic you hope is nearby, or waiting by the roadside not knowing when — or if — help is coming. Mechago replaces that uncertainty with a defined flow: raise a request, get matched with a nearby mechanic, and follow their status the whole way.

Every request moves through the same tracked stages — assigned, accepted, on the way, arrived, inspected, repaired, invoiced — so both the rider and the mechanic always know exactly where things stand.

What the platform actually covers

Location-based matching

Requests are matched to mechanics near the rider.

OTP-verified arrival

A one-time code confirms the mechanic is on-site.

Inspection & repair records

What was checked and repaired is logged against the request.

Invoices & payment tracking

A clear invoice is generated once repair work is complete.

Two Sides, One Platform

Built for both riders and mechanics

Riders

Register, raise a breakdown request, choose the problem type, track the assigned mechanic in real time, verify their arrival, and follow the repair through to invoice and payment — all from the app. See the Customer page for the full flow.

Mechanics

Accept nearby assignments, confirm arrival, log an inspection, request spare parts if needed, carry out the repair, and generate the invoice that closes the job. See the Mechanic page for the full flow.

About our company: This page describes what the Mechago platform does, verified directly against the product. Company history, founding details, and team information are not yet published here and will be added once finalized — nothing on this page is invented to fill that gap.
